Need Some Cajun Recipes from Some of You Ragin' Cajuns... `

Hey.. Got Tony Chachere's Gumbo Mix.. but would like some reciepes to go along with the Gumbo.. Cajun Style...

The only thing that's ever gone "along with" my gumbo is potato salad -- a big hunk of it right along the edge of the rice, sopping up some dat juice!! Oh, a piece of french bread does it rat, too!

My wife fries corn bread cakes to eat with gumbo. She does not use a mix but makes her own. I have had potato salad with it and like it.
