Legally, the only play is to appeal it, which they have.

and China to be labeled a currency manipulator, and us to get a new trade deal....
And the Iran deal to be torn up....
and Nafta to be dissolved.....
and the embassy to be moved to Jerusalem....
and the swamp to be drained......

Its not like Republicans run the white house, and congress or anything.

There's always an excuse. Trump was supposedly a great negotiator and uniter. Nada, zilch. He's still a million times better than Hillary, but he hasn't done squat.

In case you hadn't noticed, the Empire is striking back. Did you really think the establishment was not going to resist? So naïve. Trump is a good negotiator out of Washington. But to the establishment, some things are not negotiable, including their grip on power. Uniter? Why unite with Satan? Trump has forced these cockroaches into the light. Now we can expel them.

So it is really rather silly to blame Trump for a lack of progress.

While I acknowledge that Trump starts his own fires, which is very frustrating and the one single issue that kept me from voting for him, you can't say he has done squat.

Border crossing has plummeted, which is great for us - 20% down from last year at this time.

A Democrat official, Ron Klain, is on record, "A massive transformation is underway in how our fundamental rights are defined by the federal judiciary. For while President Trump is incompetent at countless aspects of his job, he is proving wildly successful in one respect: naming youthful conservative nominees to the federal bench in record-setting numbers.”

Trump has undone the Arctic drilling ban that Obama put in place.

The EPA, in June, moved to undo, delay or block 30 environmental rules. In the EPA's 47 year history, that is the most done over a short period of time.

I don't have time for a complete list, some things are still in the works.

How does anybody know what the daily current border crossing numbers are? Is Border Patrol just watching, counting heads, and eating donuts?

Obamacare?

He hasn't done squat that his supporters expected him to do. Nero successfully played the fiddle, I hear, that's a neat accomplishment.

Department of Homeland Security on March 8 released illegal border crossing data that show that in the month of the presidential election, November 2016, border patrol made 47,210 apprehensions. In February 2017, there were 18,762 apprehensions, a 60 percent decline.

Total southwest border apprehensions declined about 63 percent from November 2016 to February 2017. DHS defined total apprehensions as those made by border patrol between ports of entry and inadmissibility at ports of entry determined by U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s Office of Field Operations.
