Holiday Cooking

What's on your menu for the holidays? Anything special?

I love this time of year and I love to cook and try out new recipes.

So far I don't have anything new to try but I think I may be hosting Christmas this year, which is my all time favorite holiday!

I think I am going to put a whole pound of bacon under the skin of the turkey I cook this year.

Please don't use any terms that refer to sweet such as honey cured etc.

Sounds good... as long as it wasn't sweet bacon.

I have 3 pigs out back right now... If I see anyone getting near those pigs with honey or brown sugar when I am getting them butchered.... there will be trouble.

Just nothing that would go well on a pancake.
