A step in the right direction.

Now we just need to "de-license" the second amendment altogether, and get back to our RIGHT to both keep and BEAR arms. Licenses are permissions to do what is forbidden. We need constitutional carry.

It's shocking that in America such prohibitions against bearing arms did not immediately result in hemp shortages as soon as the prohibitions came into place. Just saying.

SB11 - Campus Carry passed as well. In order to get the bill passed some compromise was added - the Conference Committee put in a provision to allow individual universities to be able to establish “reasonable rules” and restrictions on where they are carried and how they are stored for reasons of public safety.
