What goes on in hotel rooms when you're not there!

We don't travel much, and stay in hotel rooms even less. This makes me not want to do any of it. Pillows thrown on the floor, bed made with the same gloves used to clean the bathroom, and riffling through personal stuff.... YIKES!!

All this makes me want to take a camper with us wherever we go if there is the need for a hotel, to forego this kind of stuff!

I noticed that, too. Perhaps they don't change them every day. I've heard some hotels don't change sheets every day for people who are staying more than a night or two.

You can actually request that you room not receive maid service during your stay, or at least the depth of service you desire (sheets left alone, but the towels changed, and trash emptied). If I am in a room for a day or two, I will have my room put on the no service list. Then I do not have to worry about any of that.

I just find it impossible that these motels are washing those bed quilts after each and every guest.

We will be traveling over the holidays and will have to stay in a hotel room. I am considering bringing sleeping blankets for us, lol!
