Of course, there is the other possibility - he may not have been wearing an earring at all, and someone may have altered the pic and added it as a joke. Then, when the hubbub began, they may have taken it back off.
I guess the only ones who will really know for sure are those who were actually at the wedding.

I wondered if it might have been photoshopped but couldn't figure out how someone could pull it off... I just can't figure out why a man would wear an earring just for that one day. The point I guess... if you don't always wear one.
