I've just about gotten to where I don't read any books written after the 1930s... seems like somewhere around that time the general writing quality took a nose dive...

Dude Ya got to get a life. Nothing past 1930 is kind of tough. "The Bible" and "Ned and the third reader". That's about it. OH yeah don't forget the papal encyclicals

Currently enjoying a pre 1930s (copyright 1923) hardback copy of "A Laugh A Day Keeps the Doctor Away" by Irvin S Cobb!

Beyond Belief to Convictions by McDowell was a recent good read from which to glean!
