Justice Anthony Kennedy Retiring
Good opportunity for Trump to nominate another conservative Justice, though I feel badly for the person he nominates. They will be slandered, libeled, hated and verbally assaulted by the radical left who are already demanding the Dems block any nomination Trump sends them.

I was at the auto shop this morning getting my car serviced and they were talking about something on the news that I could not quite hear.
They were debating whether it was better for a conservative judge to make judgments according to his personal interpretation of the constitution.
Or, should he make interpretations based on prior conservative rulings.
what do you think?

SCOTUS judges (and all judges, really) should make decisions according to the founder's intent, not his/her own personal interpretation.

I think you're confusing judges with politicians. If not, then I'm unclear as to what you meant by that.
