I can't eat eggs with a soft or runny yolk without toast. Even when pancakes come with them I still have to have toast .... "buttered" toast of course.

I like eggs just about any way I get them but my preference is over easy (at home) or scrambled (at a restaurant)

I was only making a point with respect to the train they call the "city of new orleans".

I'm trying to remember the name of the restaurant. It was very large and the name of the establishment was a play on "Eggs". I'll see if I can find it. Haven't been there since '05.

We have a place here in Dallas called Benedicts. You can guess the specialty.

I love their Benedicts Rich Uncle.

Poached eggs on a toasted croissant with asparagus and Canadian bacon topped with hollandaise sauce. It is very good.

Yum! You're making me hungry Ferd.

Maybe it's time I got breakfast.

Hey, Tamor. I wasn't referring to your husband when I said I was part Mexican.

I grew up around San Antonio. I was born with a Chalupa in my hand!

I just ate two rice cakes with Laura Scudder's natural peanut butter.

No eggs today.
