Re: Bobby Jindal, GOP History or Lies?

I think that Salon doesn't believe anyone holds a strong religious belief or ethic, believing it is all show and politics.

There are Americans who believe strongly in God and perhaps God is wanting us to take back our country.

Jindal gives his testimony over the weekend at the Iowa Faith and Freedom Coalition.

Ted Cruz boldly points out the problem with the radical Left in this country. Both are great speeches. You can watch Sen. Cruz's speech here - and I think everyone should listen to what he has to say - he is spot on!

I've read and listened to Gov. Jindal for a very long time. He believes what he is saying here. This isn't just about politics.

Salon cites William F. Buckley, Jr. who certainly was speaking the truth and believed what he said - "advanced the idea that unfettered capitalism and Christianity should be considered fundamental American values that could not be questioned." He wasn't playing politics.

Salon says what Buckley meant was - "According to him, anyone who called for an active government or a secular society was an anti-American collectivist in league with international communism."

Big government is a Marxist situation any way you look at it, Marxism being based on Communism, i.e., Communism has a stateless society where all are equal - Marxism is the framework for it.

Look at where we are today - the IRS in charge of our Healthcare, for heaven's sake. Net Neutrality, etc., etc.

Salon, having no conscience, is blind - although they don't stand alone. A lot of our so-called Conservative voices on the other side of the spectrum are self-purported Agnostics and Atheists.
