[ /QUOTE ] As long as you don't mess with the code (the words in the brackets) you can change anything inside them. For every [ QUOTE ] you have to have an end tag [ /QUOTE ]. Just don't mess those codes up, and you'll be fine. If something gets deleted, just re-type them and put them back.

To multi-quote, hit this button: You can hit that same button as many times as you'd like in a thread to quote posts, and when you're ready to create your own post, it will auto-load those quotes. You can also switch to a different thread and multi-quote, but it won't auto-load into your reply window. Instead, below the reply window it will state: 'You have selected 1 post that is not part of this thread. Quote this post as well, or deselect this post.' Make your choice if you want to include it in your current post, or deselect to delete it.

To make words bold, highlight the word(s), then click on the , same with the option to Italicize , or underline .

To change the color, highlight your word(s), and select a color from the drop-down menu .

And to add a URL, click the earth with the link button.

BB Code is what the forum uses. It's the IMG between the brackets. [ IMG ] to post an image, and the URL for posting web addresses. [ URL ]

Here is a BB Code guide to help with questions: http://www.apostolicfriendsforum.com/bbcode

Here is a Posting guide as well: http://www.apostolicfriendsforum.com/reading, posting & replying
How did you insert that little image for "QUOTE" in this post? Impressive.

I can't even post a pic on here unless I have it uploaded to a URL.

Go to this page: Pic Posting Tutorial and look at the bottom option, 'Posting Pics that you have found off the Web'.

And that's how you do it!

Re: How To Use Quotes

How do you take someones post, that lets say has 3 different points. How can I address each point seperately?
For example: what is 5 +3 ,
What is 5-5?
What is 5-2?

How would you reply to each of these in one post, but seperate them within that post.
