The reason why it's served raw is because of the Marianites (I baptized a Lebanese Marianite last year) they would hide up in the mountains and could not light fires. If they lit fires to cook their food the Muslim would of found their position.

I like it raw. it's more faithful to the original.

I remember the most wonderful amusement park called Riverview there in Chicago growing up. Its gone now....gone gone gone! You just CAN'T get somethings back, a sentiment that I think only years of living and experience can really teach a person.
Wow, no more Big Coney.

Tabasco, Tony Chachere's, and last but not least, Dave's Insanity hot sauce.

If they know what they are doing it will always taste good.

I love baby octopus, but the older larger octopus is better to be used for sushi.

We used to go to this restaraunt outside Chicago called Phil Schmidts and the deal was they served Frogs Legs all you could eat family style with cole slaw and fries absolutely my favourite when I was little. Try and find Frogs legs now outside of Louisiana....good luck.
The leopard frog is the most popular to be used for the frog leg dish. The north American Bull Frog when they are huge are very good eating.
