New Church Plant and Church Growth

Hey Guys, I think most of you know we planted a new church - http://ChurchAliveAtlanta.com in the NE part of Metro Atlanta (Lawrenceville) on May 1, 2006. We are now averaging around 90 and cannot accommodate more than that in the facility we are in.
My auditorium seats 150 but my problem is class room space and we need more nursery space. We do not even have an office there. We are in 2500 sq ft with two restrooms and have "topped out" three times and then lost people because of the limited space for classrooms. We basically have a small foyer, an auditorium, hall way, small nursery and one class room.

I have found a 6000 sq ft - 60 x 100 - building that we are negotiating a lease on now and will have to pull costly permits to totally remodel inside and outside.

I have asked the owner of the building for $10,000 in free rent (two & 1/2 months worth) as we will spend $20,000 - $30,000 on the remodeling job. It will look like a brand new building when we are finished.

We plan on moving in bare bones on June 1 and just remodeling as we get the finances.
Please let me know your thoughts about this and about Church Growth - Leadership, etc...

Well - My wife asked me to grow it back - so I did! I like having some masculine facial hair most of the time.

I am paying $3100 for 2500 sq ft now. I will be paying $3800 for 6000 sq ft - which is an absolute MIRACLE here in Gwinnett County!

CONGRATS!!!!!

That makes four!!! Sounds like the blessing of the Lord is there. I love to hear good reports!!! It also sounds like the rent fee is going in the right direction.

We are just about to pull the trigger on starting a 2nd service. We are out of parking and need to make some changes.

These certainly are the "nicer" kinds of problems to deal with huh?

WOW - MOW - I am OVERWHELMED! Four CONGRATS! WOW
I really appreciate it!

Let me know how the Two service thing goes - I will prob have to do it in 6 - 12 months at the new location as I am really thinking about only 250 seats and more class room space.
Let me know your thoughts.
