I grew up in a bluegrass family. My dad and brother played just about any instrument they laid their hands on quite well. I would sing with my sister and my dad at our church in the Ozarks.
We also would have music at family gatherings. Upright bass, fiddle, banjo, about ten acoustic (flat-top) guitars, mandolin (me) and juice harp.
We were regular little redneck hillbillies. BTW, I know some of you won't believe I'm such a hick - but it's true!
I'm soooooo proud.
