If I hear, "I decree and declare" one more flippin' time, I think I'm gonna scream. Is this how we petition God, by barking orders, declaring what we want, requiring God to come through for us? Drives me nuts.

But it's still sorta cute.

Ah, never mind I just listened to the rest. No matter how cute it's just not right.

Cute? Yes. Other than that, it's just wrong. Who gives a hoot what WE decree and declare?? What about what GOD decrees and declares?? Has anyone thought of considering that??

How about, "But in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God;"??

I will be a Catholic priest before I ever support the TBN, "Name it and claim it, grab it and blab it" crowd.

Doctrine becomes based on what the people can be drummed up about.

My feelings are mutual. Well OK, not a priest but I would sniff a lot of incense before being a catcher at Hinn and Co.
