The UPC is where I came from. Yes, I hate that I was manipulated all those years but that is my fault, not the UPC. I was a fan of WF before I left a UPC church and still think he would be a great pastor. I like his music selection that he listed and think that it would be a good church to attend but certainly wouldn't be relevant for me personally.

I think he will do a great job.

Re: Is this one of those RELEVANT CHURCHES?

Interesting...

We believe in two sacraments of the Church:

* The Sacrament of Water Baptism, which is for the remission of sins, burial with Christ and identification with Christ. (Acts 2:38; Colossians 2:12; Galatians 3:27)
* The Sacrament of Holy Communion, which is the symbolic remembrance of Christ’s body that was broken and His blood that was shed for the forgiveness of sins. (Luke 22:19,20

I am a firm believer in the Old Paths

Articles on such subjects as "The New Birth," will be accepted, whether they teach that the new birth takes place before baptism in water and Spirit, or that the new birth consists of baptism of water and Spirit. - THE PENTECOSTAL HERALD Dec. 1945

"It is doubtful if any Trinitarian Pentecostals have ever professed to believe in three gods, and Oneness Pentecostals should not claim that they do." - Daniel Segraves

Statements on Salvation and Holy Ghost seem "non-traditional" ...

and has the dreaded "journey" word that CW wrote KH about ... as does the other site I posted.

Is this an authentic church ... or just an authentic advertisement?

I find this salvational belief statement @ New Life Massillon (Ohio) to be very broad ... as to the when of salvation and chooses to communicate the Articles of Faith definition of "Bible Standard of Full Salvation" but falls curiously short that the 3 steps are essential in order to be saved or that the steps equate to causing the New Birth.

Could be PCI or PAJC?

About Sin and Salvation: Everyone has sinned and needs salvation.
Quote:
Salvation comes by grace through faith based on the atoning sacrifice of Jesus Christ. Our basic and fundamental doctrine shall be the Bible standard of full salvation, which is repentance, baptism in water by immersion in the name of Jesus for the remission of sins, and the baptism of the Holy Ghost with the initial sign of speaking with other tongues as the Spirit gives utterance. (Romans 3:23-25; 6:23; Ephesians 2:8-9; John 3:3-5; Acts 2:38; I Peter 3:20,21; Mark 16:16; Titus 3:5)
Did the pastor sign the WeDeclare proclamation?
