Modern society has abandoned proper male-female distinctions in the name of "equality" and the results are in: failure on every front. Egalitarianism, feminism, "leveling the playing field", etc result in emasculated men, trannyism, lesbian man-hating cat ladies, destruction of the family, economic collapse, political insanity, liberalism, unnecessary harmful foreign entanglements, and leadership based on muh feelz instead of reason. In short, the destruction of everything good.
Teaching and usurping a man's authority is another subject from "laboring" as in "to strive at the same time with another: to wrestle in company with, i.e. to seek jointly".

If you are doing something together and at the same time, you are doing the same thing. It's a no-brainer.

I personally don't have to be in a pulpit or even in a building...doubt if the early church had either for a long time...the work here was started under a tree in a pagan village . ...

Amen! The main thing is that whosoever will can be saved.

Men and women can be actively seeking the same goal for the sake of the kingdom and be participating in the labor of the gospel without "doing the same thing", that is, it's a division of labor, men having their roles, women having theirs.

Then maintain the roles and responsibilities given to women by the Lord.
