Apostolic Faith Mission, who are they?

I see that they are mentioned several times in the Azusa Street revival. They were very involved into that.
Are they the same behind this https://apostolicfaithmission.org/?

Do you know anything about hem? I’m curious from the historical standpoint.

They seem to be Pentecostal Trinitarians but that’s all I can find out. Their what we believe section is very vague.

Trins led by Charles Parham. At THAT TIME he was way ahead of his time. They are still around today.

Re: Apostolic Faith Mission, who are they?

The Portand AFM are still a going concern. They started churches in the Pacific Northwest and still do.

They are not Oneness. Nor did they interact, as far as I can tell, with Oneness churches. They did move their pastors around quite often, sorta like Lutherns do.

I send them data when it comes my way and in return, they have helped me with my research. Especially in the spread of Pentecostalism to San Francisco.

Re: Apostolic Faith Mission, who are they?

I met one of their pastors the other day, at least he associated himself with them.

They seem to be a holiness group but they are adamant against tongues.

Against tongues? You are talking about AF Church (former AFM) or the current AF Mission?
