This would be funny, if it wasn't so scary...
Awaiting comments from JD, Light, and DM.

Re: Democrats agree - Ban Corporate Profits
Why should there be rich people and poor people?
Share the wealth.
Keep everyone equal.

Re: Democrats agree - Ban Corporate Profits
Now that's scary! And those are real, live human beings, I think! Sheep just following a wolf instead of a shepherd! If the drug companies made no profits there would be no more research on medicine or we would never know what kind of side effect or death might come from taking the medicine.
Oh, well, what else is new in Demo Land?

Re: Democrats agree - Ban Corporate Profits
If rich people realize all their hard work, going to college, spending millions in loans then paying them back, before getting on top of things get's them peanuts, they might as well go on welfare and get a share of someone elses riches

Re: Democrats agree - Ban Corporate Profits
BTW, it's one thing to tax the income of rich people, but to take corporate profits is disastrous. Those profits represent investment money to grow those companies and improve and it also represents new jobs
Democrats are idiots

Re: Democrats agree - Ban Corporate Profits
My daughter showed me a hilarious video clip from The Daily Show which is normally very liberal. They had a reporter acting like he was serious interviewing Democrat convention delegates about how open minded they are being the "Big Tent" party and all. It was hilarious how they contradicted themselves by being so unaccepting of tea party folks, rednecks, etc.

"We did not wear uniforms. The lady workers dressed in the current fashions of the day, ...silks...satins...jewels or whatever they happened to possess. They were very smartly turned out, so that they made an impressive appearance on the streets where a large part of our work was conducted in the early years.
"It was not until long after, when former Holiness preachers had become part of us, that strict plainness of dress began to be taught.
"Although Entire Sanctification was preached at the beginning of the Movement, it was from a Wesleyan viewpoint, and had in it very little of the later Holiness Movement characteristics. Nothing was ever said about apparel, for everyone was so taken up with the Lord that mode of dress seemingly never occurred to any of us."
