Re: You Be The Judge: Anderson Vs Burk
A suggestion to my comrades,
why not ask maybe 2 or 3 questions and the other answer. That is how most public debates are handled. In those where there is 20 or 30 minute speeches they ask each other 5 questions then they each other have rebuttals. Since the space and words are limited(which is good) 2 or 3 good questions and answers with follow ups will keep the discussion connected and not stretched out all over creation.

Awesome debate! I am glad that this forum is going on. We have needed this to help clarify and codify some misunderstanding. The book "our future hope" was, at best, a failure. To many contradictions between the authors!

I think you are correct my Polish Weber College graduate ( j/k). I do believe everyone will enjoy the dialogue that both of these Brothers will bring forward.

Re: You Be The Judge: Anderson Vs Burk
I would debate Evg. Benincasa, but he'd never answer any questions.

Re: You Be The Judge: Anderson Vs Burk
I think the debate would go fine if TKB would answer my questions. I posted direct questions. He ignored. Later he even quotes them without even replying to them. I can truthfully say though that this type of behavior is par for the Full Preterism faction. It is not Apostolic that's for sure.

Re: You Be The Judge: Anderson Vs Burk
Elder Andersen Hold him to answering the questions.
I spent pages trying to get him to answer what happened to the resurrected body that ascended into Heaven and never got an answer. He posted a long post on how the church is the body of Christ which is NOT under discussion who doesn't believe that? But just a clear consise answer on what happened to the resurrected body never happened. HOLD HIM TO THE QUESTIONS!

I am fairly new to this forum and had not seen your name much nor read many of your posts. So please forgive my question.
Steve, what do you feel happened to the resurrected body?

Re: You Be The Judge: Anderson Vs Burk
It is troubling to me that the debate must immediately gravitate to claims of "another Christ".
While I understand there are implications that may lead to such conclusions, it seems unnecessarily inflammatory to begin a debate with such terms or objectives.
