Rutledge Baby Passed Away
Tim and Kim Rutledge (former UPC) who are starting a church in Nashville lost their newly adopted baby today to SIDS. I don't know them well, but I met him last year, and he seems like a really great guy. I guess they had tried for years to have children and finally adopted this little guy and he was a cutie! He was four months old today.
Please pray for them; I cannot imagine what they're going through right now. So many emotions and so much money is tied up with adoption, and then to lose a little one - just makes me cry. God help them!

That is so sad. It is always heart breaking to hear of little ones who pass away.

prayed here in SW Ohio. We have 5 children. All in their 40's and 50's. I just can't imagine how hard it would be to lose one to death.

It's my understanding via a tweet by a UPC preacher that they have tried for a few years to have a child and now this. I pray for them and hope they are able to deal with this better than I would if it were myself that lost a child.
My heart breaks for them...
