How nice of RevRandy to offer to buy us all gifts for Christmas, thought you would never ask......:jolly lol
I don't really have any wants this year, except that I really could use a large print keyboard. But what I really look forward to is spending time with the family, telling stories (even if we have heard them before) and laughing together. Oh, I guess I can't forget eating! Yep, I plan on making my cherished Trash recipe again this year and who knows what else.

I want nothing. I have told everyone in my family that I do not want them buying me anything at all for Christmas, including my husband. He always buys me expensive gifts and then I feel sooooo bad. I think my mom got us our usual stocking stuffers but other than that we are not getting anything. I would rather our portion go towards our kids. They need it more and will appreciate it greatly!!!
:bellsI just want to have a blessed joyous Christmas and to watch my childrens faces light up when they open their gifts. :horn

Spoken like a true mother! I feel the same way, I don't really care what I get for Christmas, as long as I can make sure my daughter has a good Christmas. Even though she is 20! Once your baby, always your baby, I guess!

I want a GPS and a digital camera equipped with sound.
I got my daughter a Nintendo DS and I think I'm getting my son a weight set, since he's 16 and is into weight training. I get them odd and end things besides a big gift. They are never without, that's for sure!!

I Want A Hippopotamus For Christmas
I want a hippopotamus for Christmas
Only a hippopotamus will do
Don't want a doll, no dinky Tinker Toy
I want a hippopotamus to play with and enjoy
I want a hippopotamus for Christmas
I don't think Santa Claus will mind, do you?
He won't have to use our dirty chimney flue
Just bring him through the front door,
that's the easy thing to do
I can see me now on Christmas morning,
creeping down the stairs
Oh what joy and what surprise
when I open up my eyes
to see a hippo hero standing there
I want a hippopotamus for Christmas
Only a hippopotamus will do
No crocodiles, no rhinoceroses
I only like hippopotamuses
And hippopotamuses like me too
(Short Music Interlude)
Mom says the hippo would eat me up, but then
Teacher says a hippo is a vegeterian
(Short Music Interlude)
There's lots of room for him in our two-car garage
I'd feed him there and wash him there and give him his massage
I can see me now on Christmas morning,
creeping down the stairs
Oh what joy and what surprise
when I open up my eyes
to see a hippo hero standing there
I want a hippopotamus for Christmas
Only a hippopotamus will do
No crocodiles or rhinoceroseses
I only like hippopotamuseses
And hippopotamuses like me too!

I already got all I could ever want. I got to keep Walt here with us for another Christmas. As long as I can have this gift, every gift will pale in comparison
On the other hand, if anyone is getting me something I really would love to have the new HP8180 printer. I can't justify spending $400 on it since my old printer works perfectly well (HP3210). But the new one has some added toys that I'd love to play with.

This is only as far as I've gotten in this thread, but when I read the title, this song came to mind...two great minds, girl...
Let There Be Peace on Earth and let it begin with me.
Let There Be Peace on Earth, the peace that was meant to be!
With God as our Father, brothers all are we.
Let me walk with my brother in perfect harmony.
Let peace begin with me...let this be the moment now.
With ev'ry breath I take, let this be my solemn vow;
To take each moment and live each moment in peace eternally!
Let there be peace on earth and let it begin with me!
