View Full Version : My Left Side Is Tingling!
Hi everyone, my left side is tingling & feeling funny. This happened once before
in 2005.
I had an accident in 2001 where I was hit by a drunk driver. I think it is just acting up again.
Nevertheless, could someone whisper a prayer in case it is something more serious?
Thanks.

Lord, we ask for a special touch right now for our friend, Ron. We could list for you all the reasons we think Ron deserves a touch from you - he loves you, he serves you, he has young children and a wife, and on and on. But Father God, those are not the reasons you work on our behalf. You touch and heal us because of your grace and your grace alone.
And so we ask, God, that right now you would extend your merciful hand of grace and that you would touch Ron wherever he is. Guide and direct the doctors, nurses and technicians as they work on him. Make him whole.
We are already giving you honor and glory because you alone are worthy. We love you tonight and always. In Jesus' holy name, Amen

Bro. Ron,
Asking our great Lord God to keep you in His care and to
direct the physicans to exactly what is causing this tingling
in your side.
Also praying that all fear be removed, and replaced by faith
in the One who made us, in Jesus Name!
Blessings,

praying Brother Ron
An update:
Went to the hospital & had EKG, Blood Work, & a Head Cat Scan.
While it is unanimous that I have a pinched nerve, and that there is nothing new
& more serious going on---they did find one thing.
I have had a STROKE in the past-a mild small one.
That is very unnerving!
Any spare prayers is appreciated!

Wow... I have heard that this (the unnoticed stroke) is more common than we imagine.
I am praying for your total healing and restoration to wholeness!

I agree with Bro Jones- We probably have all had small undetected strokes at one time or the other! Praying for you !

"mini strokes" can precede a major one and never be noticed. I would sure have them check your carotid arteries, etc for any blockage.
I was actually interviewing my mom about her childhood with a video camera when she had her first major stroke. We took a break and as she got up I noticed she was limping and when she turned her mouth was drooping on one side. I immediately knew what was happening (she had complained earlier about her foot being "asleep" all day). I told her I thought we needed to go to the hospital and hustled her out to the car. She walked in the hospital under her own power but within minutes was paralyzed on one side.
Don't mess around with any symptoms! Get them checked out.
