I receicved a phone call this week from the "Ephesians 4 Network" asking what my vision was for NLC and a few other things. I was told that I would receive a follow up call this week. I just receved the call and from my conversation, they are getting agressive in their recruitment of "Indie" pentecostal churches. He wanted to set up a meeting and I told him that I would have to pray about it first.

I told him that we were oneness and that I could not sign a Trinitarian doctrinal statement. It was a good conversation, but after the call, I checked out their org and it looks like they want the minister's tithes for financial support. I think NLC could use my tithes more effectively here at this time.

I am not anxious to join ANY group. I'm not even a part of Global, though I have nothing against the group or its leadership in any way. I have just found that right now, I can have far more of an impact on our community being an "Indie" than I can being part of an org.

Does that make sense? :D
