Sis Barb, I noticed some of their pictures on their website were of the new Gaither Homecoming video. Do you know the name of the video, and if it is already released, and if not, when it will be?

Sis. Barb,

I don't live in Wisconsin, but if I did I would certainly make an

effort to go hear this beautiful family sing and play!! What an

awesome example as an all American family! This was my feeling

when I viewed their DVD, "A Night To Remember". A dear sister on

this forum sent it to my hubby and I and we stayed up past our

bedtime last night to see it all. We were blessed!

Our youngest daughter and family went and heard them last

Saturday evening about 30 miles from our city. (his parents bought

them tickets as a gift.) If I had only known what I know now,

I would have tried to be there! I think I know what my ten siblings

are going to get for their birthdays this year!!:bliss :bliss

Thank you, dear sister, for this wonderful gift! It will bless many

others as we share with them!

Blessings,

Falla39

She might not know, as she's in Michigan.

I live in Wisconsin but am unfamiliar with pastors outside of my immediate area. I suppose you can look them up on the UPCI website.

If you consider it a sport to gather your food by drilling through 38 inches of ice and sitting there all day hoping that the food will swim by, you might live in Wisconsin.

These are too funny, and I totally understand these!

My son is amazed that he is now unable to tell the difference between a hispanic and Indian. There are also several tribes and clans, and while some look all the same, others don't.

Add to the word list Potawatomi (I think that's how it's spelled), Kewaunee, Allouez, and several others that I won't embarrass myself trying to spell them out.

Also, if you know what a bubbler is, you might live in Wisconsin.

I'm checking this out, and since I live in the mecca here, I haven't heard this.

I also checked with LR and she hasn't heard that either. Nothing would surprise me here, however. Dr. Roy's crowd runs at least one of the motels, but it's not a recent ownership change. LR said that Comfort Inn & Suites just changed management, but she isn't sure about ownership.

There are several hotels/motels around here. If I had a bigger house, I'd rent out rooms....LOL!

I was born and raised near Chicago, but spent the last ten years in southern Illinois, which you might know better by the term "God's country". :D

Where I live now, it reminds me a lot of southern Illinois, except there aren't as many trees here, but instead, more fields. I had no idea Wisconsin was this beautiful.
