What is that cough? My daughter was coughing painfully for about a week. It's finally clearing up.

The flu is going around .... am on my 4th day of midication for it ..... now oldest daughter has it

all three kids had strep throat last week ... seems to be rampet


Praying for RevsHoney .... it is not fun stuff!

Ran out to Starbucks....got her some "refresh" tea...full of mint and some tarragon...

also tina....we are trying what you suggested....

How is it taken??? In tea or teaspoon???

Put two drops in a spoon and take it. You can wash it down with a small amount of water after a few seconds.

Also put 4-6 drops on a tissue and smell it through the nose for 15 min. at a time. Inhale deeply.

Don't take more than 6-8 drops in 24 hrs.

If it or any other oil happens to get on your skin never use water to get it off. Always use an oil. Put the oil on the spot, leave it for several seconds then wipe it off.

The most powerful oil is Oregano. But it is a real dose to get down. It can be mixed with orange juice.
