I have been dubbed by the Girls at the Starbucks Drive up Window as Mr. Sunshine???
What's a Guy to do???
Just because I order a Venti Coffee & a Maple Scone 5 days a week and I get dubbed as Mr. Sunshine???? Was'up wit dat???
I drive up say "hello" and they say your order is ready...
You'd think I could at least be Religious and have them call me "Bro. Sunshine"....
"Mr. Sunshine" bugs me enough as it is.......

I wonder what they are saying about me at Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf co. I get a hot tea there three times a week.....even though I know it would be cheaper to make it at home

I was reading your posts and I had to laugh...When our starbucks opened up, it wasn't long before they knew who I was.....I was there each morning for my mocha with an extra shot.....Whether at the drive thru or walk in, they knew what I wanted each time.... Once we ordered "The Usual" at the drive thru and they understood! I'd walk in and they all would say, "hey, it's the mocha lady" Of course their friendliness made me enjoy going there!
I know they are trained to actually go out of their way in making customers feel good. I like that.... Have you ever pulled up to a place and over the speaker they ask, "wha da ya want" ? Can't stand it!

they have to create a unique customer experience, something memorable, so they [the marks:nod ] will continue to pay triple damages for something that 7-11 or Mickey-D's does a great job serving for a buck!

Personally I go for the Venti Caramel Frappuccino. I drink it half way down with the straw all the way to the bottom until all the strong part is gone and give the sweeter upper half to my kids. :)
I don't care for coffee... I drink it every great once in a while when I am cold but almost never...
But I really like Fraps.... Go figure.
