Back Physio

About 7 years ago I was rear ended by a drunk driver.
I was diagnosed with 5 slightly herniated discs, & have been having problems off
& on with it since.

Last summer, just before I broke my ankle at work, I was rear ended on my way to work by someone who just wasn't paying attention.

The Insurance company just said to get my foot fixed first, then they forgot about me. They called last week and authorized Physio treatments on my back.

My first visit is Today (Monday).

Pray that it will be a success & we can resolve this matter.

Got back from my first Physio & I am a little looser.
The Physio actually pulled my left leg as she said it was a little out of alignment!

I have officially ended my Back Physio but the Physiotherapist wants to start me on some back conditioning exercises as it is still tight.

ICBC is trying to contact me in regards to a settlement.

I will trade ya! I picked up a stinking 3 lb phone book and have been going to PT for my back for 1 1/2 mos so far and have at least 2 more months to go!!! :(

Ouch!!!! I dont like phone books anymore! Funniest thing I was picking it up to put it in the trash! Ours are so huge here I dont even keep them!!! So we had gotten a new one on the door step and the kids placed it where I had to pick it up to get by... headed down.. and went down... and down and didnt come back up!!! LOL

I DO NOT LIKE PHONE BOOKS!!!!!

Actually back problems are no fun-they can be very unforgiving.

No seriously, there is a big scandal at ICBC and there is a criminal investigation going on by the RCMP.

I am not sure how long this claim will go, I only know the adjuster wants to close it.

My doctor, my adjuster, and my physiotherapist are trying to get me into a back work conditioning program.
