View Full Version : How do you find other forums?

I know that several of you are also members of other forums. A friend introduced me to this one way back when it was FCF in it's infancy. I'm not leaving here.
But I am interested in seeing if there are a few other forums out there. Specifically if there might be one for The Walk to Emmaus. And then maybe a couple of others, just out of curiosity.
Does vBulletin have something searchable to find such a forum?
Thanks for any help any of you can give.

Just type in forum and whatever you're interested in, in a search engine. I just did and found a couple for The Walk to Emmaus.

Is this FCF? I didn't know that. I got banned from FCF once a long time ago. (Did I say that out loud?)
There's a cool forum at www.spiritualabuse.org .
I like www.reymah.com too.

Not to be confused with "Emmaus and Beyond". ;-)
I'm also on Good News Cafe, Christian Koinonia, and Synadelfos

All Biblical topics welcome. I am Oneness but will discuss scripture with the Trins and Arians also. I only vouch for my own writings. Judge all things by the word.

Some are private "invite" only forums. I don't know how many Apostolic ones are out there. I am only active on 2 forums but I am registered on quite a few different ones. I have always found them by another member telling me about them.
How do I find other forums?
I usually just Google them? How do you find them?:hmmm

I did. Looks like a bunch of copy and paste verses. What's the point?
If I want to read scripture, I have a Bible. I don't need someone to copy it and paste it to a forum for me.
Were there ever any other members besides you on the forum? All the posts I saw there when I looked were yours. I guess if there were ever any other members they got tired of you telling them how you were the only one who had truth and that they were carnal, so they stopped going to the forum.

That doesn't surprise me. Although I have to admit, I didn't stick around long enough to read the prophecies. Once I saw it was the same way he posted here, I knew I wasn't interested in reading anymore. His posts make me tired. You know, some people you see the style and just scroll right over without reading. Spacing between sentences, breaking of paragraphs and an attempt at correct punctuation would go a long way. ;)

Thanks, everyone, for all of your replies and advice and invites.
I'm half-seriously tossing around an idea in my head of maybe starting a vBulletin forum for people from the Northwest Ohio Emmaus Community. Any advice from those who've been there/done that???

He has a good number of prophecies, each titled "prophecy for <fill in the date it was posted>" followed by a paragraph of Nostradamus type sentences.
Funny thing is, I don't remember a third of the sun being blotted out in 2003...... Unless he was referring to the fact that about a third of the planet was experiencing NIGHTTIME on that particular day.
And we all know (or should know) that the bible required 100% accuracy from anyone claiming to be a prophet.

Yeah, some people don't understand that others read the bible too and read the same verses they are reading....if they are wanting to make a point they should say what it is.

I saw something about fires....you know every year we experience huge forest fires. Some years they are worse than others. It does not take supernatural knowledge to predict such things
