Urgent update on my grandaughter Sarah

Well the purple has returned to Sarah's hands, feet and lips. She was taken back to the doctor and they did a chest x-ray and more blood work. An EKG and heart echo test are scheduled for Monday. Apparently her circulation is not working well. She just turned 1 yrs. old. PLEASE pray as my daughter and her family are so scared but trusting the Lord to find the problem and get it fixed. She still has the rash but the diarrhea is getting better. My son-in-law is sick with a stomach virus as is his mother. They need our prayers.

When does the purple color occur? Is she still bottle feeding? My granddaughter just turned 9 months and has been having this since she was born. Her pediatrician ran tests but told my daughter that this is not uncommon while a baby is bottle feeding. Most outgrow it by 2 yrs. or when weaned off the bottle.
Still makes you want to pray though. It is a bit startling to see it happen.

Oh I agree Margie our God is good. Their oldest son Michael has a kidney disease it leaks protein. So he is on medication and doing fine now. I believe God can heal any disease or sickness.

Well the purple occurs on and off it is not constant. She did wake up this morning with her lips blue. So my daughter is calling her doctor to see if they can move the tests up. Also when she is walking around her feet stop being purple but her hands and lips do stay that way. She is not on a bottle and hasn't been for a while. I just pray that they can find out what is causing it.

That is scary. I don't blame your daughter. I would want the tests done as soon as possible.

Update: They have run the tests and say they won't have the results until tomorrow or Monday. They have gotten her hydrated, she has an ear infection, rash, diarrhea, and still has the purple on her hands, feet, and lips. They did have to sedate her to do one of the tests but she is eating a little now bread and rice mainly. Thanks for your continued prayers.
