Prayer Request for Walk and my wife.

Hello, it is me/us again.

Since being able to get up and around out of bed (two years in or upon my bed because of the auto accident), I have been able to navigate with the use of two canes. During a good moment, I could even limp 20 feet or so without the use of the canes. That all ended today.

Do to an onset of sudden exquisite pain in my injured leg; I ended up in the Emergency Room yet another time. The fear was that the “non-union” of femur bone had given way, or the bone had rebroken, or that the bone infection had returned. As it turns out, arthritis has set into my joints such that I have no more cartilage in the hip. I am bone upon bone.

Therefore, I am back to using crutches and the walker. The slightest weight on the right leg generates unbearable pain.

The doctor said it looked like I need a hip replacement. However, there is no stable femur bone to mount a replacement hip into. The troublesome femur, that has not healed since the accident, is attached to the knee that has been the source of most of my pain since the accident.

To add to all this, any potential future surgeries will be complicated by my heart being in almost constant A-Fib and my being on the blood thinner Coumadin. (The Coumadin helps prevent the A-Fib from causing blood clots that could move into the brain or cause a heart attack. Remove me from the Coumadin for several weeks surrounding surgeries, and you have the blood clot danger increasing.)

No fun !!!

The VA Orthopedic Surgeon consultation is scheduled for the 29th of this month.

I have just prayed for you and for your wife that God would have mercy upon you and see your affliction and bring healing too you.
This may seem totally out of order and the mods can ask me to delete it and I will if it is too much. I do get very passionate concerning the Work of God.

I was laying in the hospital with a major heart attack and the Doctors could not help me at all. They had done test after test. I had the heart attack on Monday night after arriving home from 21 straight days and nights of revival. I sat down and it hit me. I was being prepped for surgery on Wednesday morning and told my wife to call me a preacher that knows how to get ahold of God. She called our home church and in about an hour a young minister (that I did not really care for - nor he me) came in my room and started praying and binding spirits and interceding and laid hands for me and said - GET UP AND GET OUT OF HERE IN THE NAME OF JESUS! I GOT UP and got dressed and told the Doctors I am healed and have not had a problem since. Sometimes we have to get radical and demand that the devil take his hands off us!
I told my wife - If I ever get sick and can't communicate and am paralyzed or incapacitated - Get me to a man of God - Find me a tent and drive me in it! Find the man everybody in town is talking about how radical he is but is packing the place out and TELL THEM TO LAY HANDS ON ME IN JESUS NAME AND TAKE AUTHORITY OVER THE ENEMY!
This passive spirit that holds God's People in bondage to sin, sickness and poverty is of the devil. We do not have to take all that! We must rise up and TAKE AUTHORITY! God said - COMMAND YE ME! Take it by force. This is a spirit of infirmity and it needs to be dealt with in the Miracle name of JESUS CHRIST!
Father - I pray in the Healing and Miracle Working Name of our Lord Jesus Christ that Faith would now come alive in this Brothers Spirit. I bind the works of the devil - the spirit of infirmity - this crippling disease and I command by the authority of Jesus Christ that the disease go from this body and I loose the anointing of the Holy Ghost to bring Healing from the top of his head to the soles of his feet. BE HEALED IN THE ALL POWERFUL NAME OF JESUS CHRIST!

Brother, I receive this. It is along the lines of what I have been feeling. This incident, and the ongoing physical dilemmas, have only made me more determined to stand on the Word and take hold of the Lord as my Healer.
