Actually it is "traffic court" it was a speeding ticket that goes from being 150 to 500 bucks because of demerit points.
The Government is hard up for cash & the onus is on you to prove you are innocent!

i would ask the courts to charge you more to have a lower fault.

So your insurance carrier does not see the violation.

I was the first one in the courtroom & the justic of the peace who heard my case took my name & then chased me out with ny Tim Horton's coffee.
I finished it, through it out then asked me to come forward.
She said you plead "not guilty" as a matter of fact then stated as the Vancouver Cop didn't show up, she through the ticket out and I won!!!!:bliss

3 Minutes is all it took!
