Our Pastor and his wife became grandparents last week to a 9lb 12oz baby girl named Nevaeh. Today they rushed their daughter, Cesia, the babies mother, to the ER. She was having seizures, they said they were complications from the c-section. They have found that she has blood clots moving up her neck towards her brain. They are in need of prayer.
I know that blood clots going to the brain can mean death other than that not sure what else it could mean.
They have her in ICU.
Bro Anthony said that if his parents and family has ever needed prayer it is now.
Please remember them in prayer.

Oh gracious, Jax!!

Lord, touch this young lady with your healing hand. We believe that by your stripes we are healed. This girl really needs to live. She has a baby who needs her mommy. Please extend your hand and heal. In Jesus' name!

They are bringing her out of an induced coma today. They ran further tests, no signs of anurysms or blood clots now. They still do not know what triggered the seizures. I will let everyone know how she progresses.

Thanks for prayers

When Walt's aneurism ruptured and he was still alive at the end of the surgery, even tho the docs told me that he would most likely be a vegetable, I hung on tight to my faith, believing that when God starts a work, He FINISHES that work. He does not start something that He doesn't intend to finish.

I believe the same thing for this young lady. God has brought her this far. Let's agree together and believe that His intention is to finish what He has started in order that He will receive the honor and the glory in the end.

Margie, you are such and encouragement to me. Just wanted to say thanks for lifting my faith and once again "reminding" me that He is faithful and just.

Our Pastor filled us in today on what is happing with his daughter.

This blood clots that they thought were head to her brain was the first thing the doctors thought when she came in with seizures. They did their tests and found none. The put her in a chemical induced coma and did further tests to find in the end that all was being caused by spinal fluid getting into the brain. The finally conculsion is that it happened because of the epidural they gave her when she had her c-section the week before. This of course should not have happened. They did what they needed to, brought her out of her coma, and released her on Saturday evening. She is doing much better and they have been told she will be a few days in returning to normal but all is now well.

Thank you for your prayers they were much appreciated.

Update

The story from the horses mouth. Usually the best way to get it.

Cesia had an epidural when they did her c-section a few weeks ago. What had happened was that the spot where the went into the spine had not sealed and she leaked fluid out. This caused her to have some swelling in the brain which caused severe headaches which in turn caused her to have seizures.
They patched the spot with a blood patch and fluid started to rebuild. It has taken her almost two weeks to get up to snuff. She is now starting to return to her normal activities and feel like her old self now.

Thank you all for your prayers for her and her family.
