My name's Christiene, but close friends call me zaazusmiles because of my signature-"zaazu" smileys on my emails, and "smile" - because I smile. :happydance
I came in here because of questions I want answered:
1.) Is salvation a matter of religion? If not, can muslims (who are not Christians) be saved?
2.) If Christians understand that there is only one true God, why are there many Christian religions while Islam remains the same all throughout the world?
Two questions for now.

Hi and welcome Zaazu! :meetya
We have a sub-forum dedicated to Islamic issues. You can find it in the Sanctuary, under the Deep Waters forum. Islamic Issues and News (http://www.apostolicfriendsforum.com/forumdisplay.php?f=28)
I hope you get your questions answered.

No, it's a matter of Jesus, Jesus said in John 14:6 I am the way, and the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father but by me.

Islam is certainly not the same throughout the world, they are humans just like the rest of us and where you have humans you have division. One prime example would be the fight in Iraq between the Sunni and Shiite muslims, those two are not the same, you also have fundamentalists and liberals, fundamentalists would be how Bin Laden appears to be, liberal would have been Sadam Hussein, they are not unified. Hope this helps.

Oh, and welcome to the forum.
