In previous conversation you seemed to take issue with my reference to the "foundations of the world" as not necessarily meaning before the world was framed..... and eluded to the fact that this is not what this means especially in reference to the "elect of God".

Yet Jehovah ask a very powerful question that sort of gives us context.. he said

"Where were you when I laid the FOUNDATIONS OF THE WORLD"

he was speaking of an even in HISTORY not currently and any other reference all the way to Revelations about the "foundations of the world" is always in reference to eternity past.....

for it was there in that eternity past that God by his foreknowledge saw every man in his creation,, those that would accept him and reject him and their names were written down accordingly..... FROM THE FOUNDATIONS OF THE WORLD.. not at the time of repentence or baptism or salvation.....

Your thoughts would be enjoyable,, thanks.

You made the statement that our names were written in the book of life BEFORE the foundation of the world. Yet the passage says FROM not BEFORE.
Rev.17:8
However there is a passage that speaks on men born in Zion having their names written at that time. Psa. 87:5-6
