I thought today I would try to find common ground with you.. and I believe I might have... your love for Israel is prevelant in the tapestries of your local church.....I have many of the same furnishing.. the Tilit, Manorah, Shofar, Huphah........ I have a very deep and abiding connection to "THE LAND"
I was wondering if you ever heard of one of my mothers in the Lord, Sis. Ruth Heflin?
She recently passed away after preaching in 250 nations of the world.. but her headquarters was in Jerusalem... She had a chapel there on Mt. Zion for many years....... if you didn't know her you would have loved her.. she has your Spirit

The above link is a site to the campground she founded here in America where they have 10 weeks of camp-meeting each year..... 3 times a day
Have you been to "the land"?

My love for Israel began many years ago. Not all our churches are so full of things from Israel but our local people have been kind to me. The young people made the candle stick and the Ark and the other things. Our oldest adopted son blows the Shofar. Since he moved to another area I have been helping another brother learn the sounds. Since I do not believe it is a woman´s place to blow it I encourage the brothers to learn the sounds.
It is no doctrine and has nothing to do with doctrine of our church my love for Israel. Sometimes people ask if we are Yahweh people...
Yes, I did know her but did not know she had passed away.
In the year 2000 a UPC (lady pastor...Ha...) paid our way to Israel...I was blessed beyond words... I cried the whole time rejoicing in the spirit that God let me walk in some many places and do so many things over there.
In our church in Brazil my husband lets us have freedom to feel and express what we want to about the last days. I feel that the church will go through tribulation and feel that Jesus will rule and reign on earth for 1000 years...
I believe we will celebrate the feasts of the tabernacles...so the trip was so precious to me. My friend believes completely different than me but we both were blessed.
On the wall surrounding our mission compound I had many pictures from the Bible painted there.
Son, I am a very different person and once again I am sorry if I sounded sharp or hard to you personally about WB. I love your heritage in the Lord.
When your grandmother pastored in N.O.´s many years ago I preached for her...I think I was 17 at the time...41 years ago or so...

Wow... I can sense your tremendous love of Yisrael.. I have many friends in the Yahweh movement.. Sis. Alvear, I believe in heaven we will be surprised at the ones who have been allowed to enter..... The Yahweh people are as sincere as salt... and although I disagree with them, I appreciate their passion to be faithful as they can to their understanding of God's word.....
I would love to be in some of your services.. at my church we do circle dancing, jewish style and jewish dancing... we call it our "fun services" where we celebrate our Hebraic roots of faith... We are not of course ULTRA HEBRAIC people but we have a healthy appreciation for "THE LAND"
You and I almost agree on the tribulation, I believe the church will go through tribulation but not the Bride.... I know, I know another subject for another time, lol
I would loved to have been alive when my grandmother was in New Orleans... I hear so many wonderful reports of her ministry there...... she went through so much with my grandfather.......
Sis. Alvear, a millions thanks for your apology over Bro. Branham...... your heart is felt in that apology....
May we have a personal, without animosity, discussion... I am sooo interested in why the Apostolic people harbor such ill feelings towards him... Maybe you could share with me where the pain comes from......
Sis. Alvear, it was the Apostolic people who embraced Bro. Branham for his unparalelled gift of the Spirit...... and because he denied the Trinity, embraced Jesus Name Baptism... but when he taught "NON ESSENTIAL" doctrines they hated him
May I ask you a question? You and I wouldnt fight over our disagreement about tribulation would we? My view of the future would probably not even cause us to divide fellowship,, would it? Then why, I beg you to tell me.. why would a NON ESSENTIAL subject such as the happenings in the garden of Eden cause such HATRED among the people? After all, it's a non-essential.... to me its in the same category as Post-Trib, Pre_Trib or Mid-Trib.... it's not enough to divide fellowship over..... I would think that should a person interpret the GARDEN SCENE differently than the main stream they should not be cast out of fellowship for a NON ESSENTIAL....... am I missing something here? Thanks for your time, I can only imagine how valuable it is

I want sincerely to be your friend. I along with my husband prayed for you for many things that happened happened many long years ago but caused so much sorrow to people I deepy loved. It was long before your time.
Yes, I will discuss tribulation with you but I do not consider it a dividing issue for really until time unfolks we will not know the fulness of future events.
I personally love circle dancing and believe in it with all my heart...however my son Raul Jr does not at all...but it is not something we fuss about. I really love peace.
I am not a dancer! ha...but I encourage our young people to love Jewish worship. I do not think it takes anything away from worship but enhances it with a powerful spirit of the oneness of God...what the real Jews believed and belive even today.
I just teach it to my SS class.
I have dug into the history of dance and found several interesting things...most of my notes are in Portuguese...
I did find out it was the Roman Catholic church that took dancing out of christian services and the first churches all built a place at the front for the people to dance. Dance was a part of the Jewish lifestyle...
Some people have misquoted me and said I was for certain type worship services that I am not for but when you write on a forum people read into your words and often I am not clear.

Sis. Alvear..... the ONLY scriptural references to dancing was all "choreo"
which was a controlled dance such as circle dancing... it's amazing how close minded the Pentecostal circles can me... there is more scripture for Jewish style dance than an uncontrolled dancing
