Although I have seriously curtailed my internet time, especially posting, for a season I have agreed to Admin there.

So far the vast majority are pastors, but all ministries are welcome.

It will NOT be a debate forum and controversial topics are strongly discouraged by Admin.

In that vein anonymous posting and lurking are not available. However, unlike other recent forums formed, it is not a closed society and everyone is welcome.

So no doubt many of my friends here may be bored there. :-)

It is simply a forum of ministers and ministries, to connect, to share resources, and to fellowship.

This is only for those in a ministry?! And why can't we read the rules without joining?!

Excellent questions

As to the first question, to quote Dan from the first post:

Our content and discussions are geared towards ministry ... if you are involved in any kind of ministry and wish to network w/ like-minded people

The content is geared towards ministry and ministry is given the most broad definition possible. But anyone is welcome.

As to the second question, for the integrity of the forum no anonymous posting or lurking. For now registration is required. But once again it is open to all.

Hey, are you trying to buffet Daniel?

BTW we seemed to have missed the best definitions of buffet

a sideboard or cabinet for holding china, table linen, etc.
2.a meal laid out on a table or sideboard so that guests may serve themselves.
3.a counter, bar, or the like, for lunch or refreshments.
4.a restaurant containing such a counter or bar.
