Talking about things we love on some threads. just wanted to say I love my pastor and his wife and three charming young un's.
At 55 I'm much older than he is, 33 I think. Wise beyond his years. He has a genius IQ. He spends much time in continuing education.
He has blessed our church and me beyond measure in the 7 years he has been with us.
One 65 yr old brother, whose been in church 50 years, commented the other day, that he had learned more about the bible and drawn closer to God thru that learning, than he had ever been before and I can say amen to that too.
Anything, and I mean anything you want to ask him or queston him about, he is open to it.
I appreciate his teaching so much and his life he lives everyday as a Christian.
I appreciate his friendship.
Just wanted to Thank You pastor, I love you.

He is a GREAT man of God. But since I am a known liberal, and he still carries a upc card, I'll let him remain anonymous.

nobody even knows the half Pastor P.
I am amazed everyday at the mercy and greatness of our God. Why He would ever care for me is beyond my comprehension.
But God is so good..and I thank Him for the good men of God he has placed along the way for me.
Even thru this forum..God blesses us all with so many good men of God.
differing views..sure..but good men all the same.

I love my Pastor too he has stuck it out in a difficult area.
He knows what we believes and why he believes it ,but he is kind in his approach. Also too his wife has been faithful to stand behind him, often in difficult situations.

I am thankful for all the Pastors that I have had in my life:
Rev. Paul R. Kearney - He was a teacher and I learned so much from the scriptures, from is artwork, and his example.
Rev. T.L. Craft - He loved people. A man who I come to know as the man of steel and velvet.
Rev. L. William Schmidt - He will never know the joy and fulfillment he gave me in allowing me to function in the areas of passion in the ministry that I felt. He knew that if he just let me do the things God had called me to do that much would be accomplished in the kingdom and I would do it and take pleasure in the doing. He trusted me and I did not disappoint him.
Rev. Richard Martin - A true man of faith and compassion who through Godly counsel got me through the worst time of my life.
Rev. Jerry Galloway - A truly humble and Godly man who is sensitive to the spirit and moves in anointing.
Rev. Timothy Bailey - A peer who became my Pastor who studied and brought the word so that every time I came to church I was fed.
Rev. Anthony Ballestero - A truly anointed man of God who has a direct line from God's heart to our ears. He is God's man for the hour and he and his wife are going to make a difference in the kingdom.
Rev. George Hancock - A man who models God's love of people and family.
All these men of God have added to God's continued care, and instruction of this servant of God.
I love all my Pastors, their wives, and children both former and present.
Sincerely, Rhoni

That was a beautiful post.
I am a 50 year old woman...I have a right to have gone through so many Pastor's! LOL!
Actually, I hate to change churches...it is almost like a death. I could have stayed at the one in Florida for the rest of my life but God has other plans.
Blessings, Rhoni

Bro. Martin is a great man of God. Dedicated me to the Lord as a baby... close family friend and now I attend the church where he is Bishop.
His son John is my pastor and is absolutely awesome. He has continued a ministry that has been successful in the city of their calling.
I love my pastor... his progressive leadership... his beautiful wife who is the perfect example of a pastor's wife with a gentle and sweet spirit.
