Since The Holy Ghost is called the Spirit of Grace is Grace conferred through Holy Spirit baptism to those who receive it?

I think it's because of His grace that we do receive the Holy Spirit.

So we could say that the Holy Ghost baptism is sacramental?

No. Grace preceded the law which preceded Holy Spirit baptism.

John 14:17 And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever

14:18 the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him. but you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you

It seems that we won't know real truth, except by the Holy Spirit. I'm going to have to think about the grace aspect.
