I cooked dinner last night & my wife was tired so she went and laid down.
I cooked shake & bake Chicken.
I and the kids ate it & it seemed fine.

My wife then got up from her nap and she said, "Honey, it looks a little under cooked!"

"OOOOPPPPSS!"

Should we be concerned?

If you haven't gotten sick by now, you should be okay.

Ron, Renda is right, if you aint sick by now, you wont get sick.

if you are forced to do more cooking, and this is an issue, go buy a thermometer.

I am just trying to help out the wife even though I am like most men in being cooking challenged!

bro being cooking challenged is a crutch used too often to get food without labor.

I have met a few who truely cannot cook no matter what you try.

most however can if they put their heads to it. go buy a meat thermometer and cook more chicken!
