Ron, I hope you read this thread. The missionaries who were attacked by machetes in Kitale are here. I met the wife; the husband is still in the hospital here in Nairobi. I will get on here later and let you know the whole story, but they are a complete miracle and they have the greatest attitude and cannot wait to get back to Kitale to work with the orphans. They had only been missionaries for four months!! It was so good to meet her after reading the article you posted on my Kenya thread. I was able to tell her that I'd already been praying for them.
I'll be back with "the rest of the story"!!!

Wow, that is amazing!
I know my Pastor preached about the attitude these missionaries had in regards to this incident and thier attackers.
They said, "We forgive them!"
That is a tremendous attitude!
We are praying for them!
I am just heading to bed, I will check again in the morning!
Lord Bless!

Ron, sorry - we've been out in the bush for four days with no internet access! I have tried twice already to type the story of the missionaries and both times the computer has kicked me off. I will have to type the story when I get home, so be watching!!! I get home Thursday night.
Anyway, it was cool to get to meet Eloise and to be able to tell her that I had already been praying for them before I ever met her. Their story is amazing!

It's 7:00 a.m.
He preached like only he can - - "Get in the River" - - not ankle deep, not knee deep, but ALL THE WAY IN!
Altar call was anyone that had past hurts in their way of getting completely in the river..........one young man from Jackson that was visiting came forward, then others. Powerful altar service. Chris prayed for many and there was tears and worship everywhere!
One couple from Jackson came forward and were really ministered to (the guy from Jackson that you told me is good in prophecy was talking with them) - - sorry I don't have any names.
I think everyone LOVED Chris!

I think everyone LOVED Chris!Did the people all seem receptive of him? He kind of butchers the English language sometimes; I wasn't sure how that would go over in Memphis.
