I just bought a Panini maker at Macy's. I would never have gone and bought one except it was on sale for $17.99 - originally $60.00, and I love paninis! Tonight I made a honey ham and provolone panini with baby spinach and fat free ranch. It was wonderful! I can't wait to try some other things!

A panini is a pressed sandwich - I think it's Italian. They are usually made with sourdough, but I made this one with flaxseed wholewheat. The grill presses it from both sides so the bread had these stripey grill marks. Very cute and melty.

Let me have my day of fun!:tease
