POA has always been on fire.

Prayer is the match.

They have a 24/7 prayer chain and a 24/7 fast.

Last time I walked in down there the Spirit almost knocks you down when you open the door.

Prayer and fasting are the norm.


Folks are getting baptized at church (POA) all during the week. And they're being reached and baptized on the street with a portable baptismal tank and in the prisons where the tanks are provided for us. Two weeks ago I baptized 6 men after one of our prison services.

Many are planting and watering and God is giving the increase!!!

God is an awesome God!!!!! :hanky :clap :clap :hanky

I've been going to this Prison for about 3 1/2 years. Some of the same guys have been attending every service. Several have attended POA after release. It's amazing to see how God changes men. Of course I am not so naive as to not know many get "Jail House" religion and as soon as they get out forget it all. But if we can help one change it is worth it.

Tyrone has about 15 more years but he has been baptized in Jesus Name and has received the Holy Ghost and is in every service. One service a guard came in before we got started and was looking around. I asked him if there was something going on I should know about. He said "Nope. Beside you don't have anything to worry about you have Tyrone here". Tyrone, who is big and not in a fat way, smiled and said "Bro. Dan ain't no one going to mess with you while I'm here." I have never been worried about my self while in Prisons, but it is a comfort to know I have God and Tyrone watching out for me. :lol
