View Full Version : Kids getting the holyghost at a public school!!!

Today during church pastor announced that one of our young ladies who goes to a public school here in Columbia was asked to talk about the second coming of Christ during class.After she finished she was walking out to leave and the coach asked told her to come back because some of the students had some questions.Those 9 students were filled with the HolyGhost a short time later!They only THINK they kicked God out of school!My God will respond to a heart that cries out to Him WHEREVER you are!

I received the Holy Ghost at school as well. Christian school, though... in 1982.

God is sovereign. The mood doesnt have to be set before he moves because He can and will move when, where and how He wants.You dont have to beat the gate of resistance down with your theology, its much more disarming and effective to use a little empathy and compassion.Jesus was always moved by compassion when He met the needs of others.If we are to be used like we never have before...the same compassion must motivate us.

This is awesome, but at the risk of getting jumped, in the movement people make up stuff a lot. I believe this can and will happen. If this did happen then it certainly a showcase of God's grace and unending mercy toward His people.

OK, MOW, you've been around us long enough to know that if the experience happened at a trinity school or church, "that's not the REAL Holy Ghost."
