SAN FRANCISCO — California Attorney General Jerry Brown changed course on the state's new same-sex marriage ban Friday and urged the state Supreme Court to void Proposition 8.

There still in flip mode.
I think they will do anything against the will of the people all in the name of civil rights. they've already said they are going put it out there every 2 years to be voted to have overturned.
I think that if they don't get their way they'll eventually start burning churches down and passing laws against the churches

Jerry Brown....good grief. Former governer Jerry Brown our Attorney General, said he voted against it but would defend it if passed...
He is NOW claiming Prop 8 is unconstitutional....I wonder why it took him so long to come to that conclusion? Is he just pandering to one side or operating on his feelings?

How can they overturn something the people of the state voted for?
Why have elections if the state is going to become a dictator state???
