Amazing Grace needs prayer!

Just talked with Amazing Grace. She asked me to post a prayer request for her. She is having a hysterectomy a week from Tuesday. They have found three tumors on her uterous and are testing for cancer. She feels alone because she is in a new church, and a new environment and is in pain. I told her we would pray...

I sent her a private e-mail this morning when I first saw

the request from you!

Although this forum may be an outlet to vent for some, I really

feel it is a "lifeline" to some who do not necessarily have the

support we may have. I have a very large family and many

friends, so I don't particularly have to have support from a forum,

but I love the giving out and the encouraging others who do not

have the support I may have! And when we give out, we receive also!

That's the way it works. Jesus said to give and it shall be given unto you.

Didn't say just monetary giving. We can give encouragement, comfort, etc.

The areas of life we have experienced are areas we can minister to others.

Hey Friends,

I am at my moms now and I have read and want to thank you all for the prayers. This is honestly I can say the most pain I have ever felt in my life (yep I would rather have all of my kids all over again then go thru this lol) and I just needed to be with my mommy for the night... I thank Carey and Rhoni for putting up the prayer requests... And please keep the prayers coming... I will have the labs back on Monday evening and then I go at 8 am tues to get the full diagnosis and set the exact time for the surgery but as of now he is planning between noon and 2 on Tuesday week... He wanted to do it as an emergency but we decided it would be best to just wait the extra week so that I had Rob home with me... Instead of me trying to tackle this by myself...

Love you all and thanks for the prayers so much!

The Doc is saying that he is 90% sure that 2 of the 3 are fibroid and that they are non cancerous!!! The other tumor he says he is 90% sure by all appearance so far (labs etc) that it is cancerous (I also told him my God doesnt work on percentages he just gets it all done!!!!) So we are praying and waiting on the results to all come back and he has surgeries all day on Monday so he will be at the office at 730 am on Tues and will review them and meet with hubby and I at 8 am to let us know if for some reason we need to proceed sooner than the 17th. But if everything is clear he is going to wait and do the surgery on the 17th.

My mom and dad will be with me at the hospital along with all my wonderful family and then they will stay at the hotel in town for the next 2 days and keep care of the kids (mom is unable to get into my house with her wheelchair) and then my cousin who is living with my parents has just agreed to come to my house and take care of me for the 2 weeks following surgery since Rob has to work 9 days after and will be gone for 3 weeks this time :( (I hate jobs with no sick time!!!!) so Its all working out...\

We also have a wonderful church family who has already offered meals and to help with the kids any way they can and to drive me wherever I need to go for the next month that I will be unable to drive so I am just so thankful... God is good and Love you all and again thanks for the prayers!!!!!

You lay hands on that part of your body and tell that tumor it has to listen to you when you invoke the name of Jesus!!!!

If you go back to the doctor and the results are positive, then you are in the will of God for whatever reason!

I will believe for healing!!!!

Her mother had an accident in her wheelchair and broke her leg and is unable to be there with AG. AG is expressing signs and symptoms of situational depression: she is crying, isolating herself, and sleeping quite a bit. She is on heavy pain medication and needs our prayers, especially today.

this surgery today. Lord, give her peace and comfort that only

You can give. Help her to realize that You are there for her and

with her, as her loving Father! Help her, O Lord, to look to You

for the peace that passeth all understanding and that You will

keep her in perfect peace if she will just keep her mind stayed

on You! Bring her through this surgery and direct the hands of

every doctor, nurse or other that touches her. We pray that

You would lay YOUR HANDS on the hands of the surgeons as if

Ladies & RonB,

Just called to check up on Amazing Grace.Theresa...she asked me to post this: Her surgery went well, and as far as they know all the tumors were removed. There was a lot of scar tissue and much repairs that had to be done, and she might possibly have to have another surgery tomorrow. She asked that everyone continue to pray as she is in considerable pain and had an alergic reaction to the Morphine.

She is in Trinity Mother Frances Hospital in Jacksonville, TX and her room number is #106, 903-541-4586 if any of her friends would like to call. She is out for the night but can take a couple calls tomorrow.

She thanks everyone for praying for her.

Amazing Grace just called and she is home from the hospital. She is in pain, but is going well. She asked that I thank everyone for their prayers.

Hey everyone I hate to dredge up this thread but I did want to thank you all for the prayers and ask you to keep them going. Its been a rough few weeks. I had my surgery and am doing ok considering. They had to totally reconstruct my bladder as there was too much scar tissue damage from a previous c section they said they had no idea how it had continued to work this long. So then my bladder refused to begin to work again so that took some work and a lot of pain but we made it thru that.

Well now we are in Dallas for the day (yep I know I am not supposed to even be out of the house yet but I did have drs permission) my mom fell the day before I had surgery and broke her leg and then 2 days later had a mini stroke and then they had put her in a nursing home for rehab and my dad had to have her taken out of there last night and rushed to the er as she has severe internal bleeding and they are not sure where or what is causing this. We headed down to see her as we were told this might be the last time so we did and have to head back tonight as hubby has to head to work tomorrow night but we will come back of course if anything happens so please keep us in prayer... its interesting me trying to wheel my wheelchair around my mom to take care of her (whew the blind leading the blind here its wild) so again....
