I did a search and did not see anything so if it has been posted before sorry. Here goes.
Do you beleive in Dinosaurs? I'm speaking of the big & bad with long teeth, weighing tons. LOL
Do you beleive in the old saying cavemen?
When do you think they (dinosaurs or cavemen) were destroyed according to Genesis chapter 1?
How do you think they were destroyed?
Last, What do you make of the word REPLENISH in Gen. 1:28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.

This one's easy. The word means to fill, to make full, to fill a place with anything. To be filled, to be full. To be fulfilled or completed.
Sometimes things like this happen because it doesn't make sense any other way, but this doesn't look like one of those times from a quick glance. I don't know they the translators used replenish here vs fill. Maybe it meant something different in KJV English than it does now (this happens to be pretty common in the KJV).
Yep. Seems to be the case.

Interesting reading if you're so interested. :)

Nahkoe, I want to revist Gen 1 for a second. KJV verse 27 "So God Created man....male & feamle created he them." Ending of day 6. Then in Gen 2:5 "...there was not a man to till the ground." This seems to be after day 7.
Verse 7 He formed man of the dust of the ground.
It seems something happened along the way.

Yes. I also believe they are mentioned in the Bible. See the "descriptions" of "Behemoth" in Job 40:15-24, of "Leviathan" in Job 41:1-34, and in Psalms 74:14. Some people and translations have this as a hippopotamus and crocodile. However, look at these two creature's description in the Bible and you will see that there is no way it can identify those two animals as a hippopotamus and a crocodile.
They have found fossilized footprints of men and dinosaurs together.
Do you believe in the old saying cavemen?
We have primitive peoples with us today. Some of these aboriginal peoples could be called "cavemen" in the sense that they live a very primitive lifestyle. Therefore there has always been 'cavemen' on the earth.
When do you think they (dinosaurs or cavemen) were destroyed according to Genesis chapter 1?
How do you think they were destroyed?
Cavemen were never destroyed - they are still with us. As far as dinosaurs, see Ps 74:14 Yet, everyone not in the Ark was destroyed with the flood.
Maybe it should be asked, "What does the Hebrew mean in Gen 1:2 where it (the Hebrew) could also correctly be translated, "the earth "had become" without form and void?""

We did some reading online once when my son was really interested in learning about dinosaurs. It's some speculation, but very interesting reading anyway.

Dinosaurs?
BAH!
Dey were just put in da ground to confuse us by the devil!
After all, my sons "ark" playset don't have no 'dino-soes' on it. Only elephants, giraffs, and lions.

I can understand to some degree about the primitive lifestyle of some today relating to the caveman.
When you said "They have found fossilized footprints of men and dinosaurs together" that's the caveman I'm speaking of.
I think something happened on day 5 in creation, that caused the dinosuars and what ever else was here to be destoryed.
Could it have been when Satan was cast down to earth?
The in verse 28, go and replenish (Hebrew; fill) the earth again.

U're funny. LOL
I don't beleive that is was the flood that done the Dino's in.
Been hard to get some of them on the Ark.

But, there is no *again* to that word in verse 28. It's fill. Period. Not fill again, not what we use the word replenish for now. Fill.

I'm quite perplexed by the question. lol
You think all those fossils are fake? Or, what are you asking?
I think there's a lot about the world we still don't know, and creatures still alive we haven't discovered yet.

Actually, all evidence points to the flood being local but "worldwide" as far as humanity was concerned since everyone but Noah and his family was killed.
There have also been extinction events where over 90% of species were destroyed as a result of meteor strikes. Just looking at the size of the craters shows that the impact would not have resulted in "colder Winters" but rather world wide chaos and near total darkness because of the energy released.

So if I understand you correct, in verse 28, God said go (fill) the earth. Who was to fill the earth? What we call cavemen? It does not appear to be Adam at this point.

I'm not sure I beleive in the "colder winters" but I do see the total darkness and no sunlight for things to grow.

Please read my other post. I do beleive dinosaurs were real. Just when did they fit in according to the 7 days in Gen. and what happened to them.

Looking at it, I think it's the same story, just an expansion on the creation of man in chapter 2. But, I really don't know for sure. I haven't looked at it in depth enough.

Not just 'colder' but the whole Earth was frozen for many years.

I do believe they existed.
I really haven't studied creation a whole lot (recently). I'll get to it sometime. :)
Oh, fwiw, I don't believe in a literal 7 days. I think that's one case where the word would have been better translated as a length of time. But that'd be awkward so "day" was used.
I feel dinos werejust big lizards, relative to the croc or other lizards. The problem with reptiles is that as long as they are alive they are growing bigger and bigger. A 20 ft croc will have possibly lived 80 - 100 years. Before the flood we see where men were living over 900 years, so it is possible that reptiles could have lived and grown as long. A 300 year old croc would have been huge!

Let's say a huge meteor hit the earth years ago. Nothing but dust fills the air. So thick no sunlight gets down to earth. Everything dies. No sunlight so no heat. Everything freezes. I don't have a problem with that. Can I prove it one way or the other. NO
I beleive it was at the casting out of Satan from heaven which caused the events to take place that destoryed the Dinosaurs. That may have been what Luke was talking about in Luke 10:18. It may have happened just as stated above.
By no way do I buy into the flood killing them off.

I understand some don't beleive in the literal 7 days. I'm ok with that. It may have been 7000 years. What is time to God. We look at time in 24 hrs. The Bible says the evening and morning were the first day. We do it different now. Midnight is not called evening. It is the start of a new day for us.
I have wondered about the time from Gen 1:1 when he created the heaven and earth until, Gen 1:5 the first day. How long did the heaven & earth hang around before God started on it again. Was it all at once or did he wait a spell?

You bring up a good point TJJJ.
I have been taught that only land creatures & fouls were on the Ark. Fish were not. A croc can live in water yet has to come up for air just as whales. The problem with croc coming from the dinosaurs age with me is where did they rest. That's a long time in the water for them to make it with no land to reat on. Were there trees floating around and they got out of the water to rest? I don't.

I would think that there would be plenty of debris to rest on, possibly. Also, because they eat rotten meat there would be plenty to eat!
