Nah... just an avid youtube watcher.
I've seen it before so I knew it was a mixture of some kind... it took less than a minute to find related videos and remind myself what the actual mixture was.

It was an unopened bottle of drinking water chilled just to the freezing point but removed from the freezer before it can freeze
