All somehow related to families in our church--

Dillion-- He is in ICU at LeBonheur Children's hospital in Memphis. He has Spinal Meningitis. At the last update about 15 minutes ago, his heart rate had dropped as low as 30 a few hours ago but is currently holding steady at 42. His oxygen level is 19. He is in desperate need of prayer.

While Dillon's stepfather was at the hospital with him last night, he received word that his three year old grandchild had been rushed to St Jude Children's hospital, and had passed away within just a few minutes of arrival at the hospital. Please pray for the Dixon family.

Sheila Ashcraft- rushed to ER today in a great deal of pain. She has been admitted to the hospital. Tests at this point have been inconclusive, and they will do more tests tomorrow.

Cedrick- Has been in surgery all afternoon due to a gunshot wound to the shoulder. They may have to amputate his arm.

Prayers for all of the above would be greatly appreciated.

May Our Great Lord God Almighty intervene in each of these situations and give
peace and comfort to those needing it so badly, in Jesus Name.
God is able to do exceeding abundantly above anything we can think or ask,
according to the Power (Holy Ghost) that that worketh in us.

Blessings,

Update on Dillon- He has three bloodclots. One somewhere in his neck, and two at the base of the skull. They are going to try to give him some type of shots in hopes that the clots will be able to be dissolved.

Update on Sheila Ashcraft- still hospitalized & in severe pain, and all tests done at this point aren't finding anything.

Please continue to pray for both.

Goodness, Tina! When it rains it pours! It's a good thing that we serve a God who is more than capable of being in the midst of MULTIPLE crisis situations at the same time, don't you think?

I'll pray.

Just got back in from youth service. Tonight there was a young lady who attends Bro Black's church in Memphis-- who was involved in a wreck on Hwy 72. She was on her way to the youth service at our church.

They have taken her to The Med in Memphis. There were no details given on how serious her injuries were.

The young lady who was involved in the wreck last night has been moved into ICU. She has compression fractures at the T11 & T12 vertebrae. I'm not sure what other injuries she has.

The good news is that Dillon was moved out of a ICU and into a private room today. The bad news is that now he also has Shingles. He is feeling very discouraged and depressed at this point. He was telling his family earlier today that he thinks he is going to die. Please continue to keep him in your prayers.

Dillon had yet another setback today. He began hemmoraging from his nose and mouth. He is only 14 years old-- and has been through so much. His dad has been battling cancer for the last couple of years, but is currently in remission. The stress of Dillon being so sick is taking it's toll on his parents as well.

Sis Sheila is still in desperate need of healing as well. From the information given to us at church today, she has some type of bacteria invading her body. She is in very critical condition. They have placed a feeding tube, and she is still unable to keep down what is being fed to her.

Cedrick, the young man who had the gunshot wound is still in ICU. He has been fighting a high fever, and now has pneumonia.

Continued prayer for these people is greatly appreciated.

Just received a call on our church prayer hotline. The hemmoraging has gotten worse. Dillion is being taken into emergency surgery now. Please pray.....

Dillon has been through two surgeries now due to the hemmoraging. Hopefully there will be no more needed. The bloodclots are still there near the base of the skull, and they haven't decided yet what they will do about those.

We visited him yesterday, and he was very weak and pale. He still has a long road ahead of him to recovery-- and continued prayer is appreciated.

According to a report from his aunt this afternoon--He did eat his dinner last night, and appears to have gotten a little strength back today.

Tina, I haven't been online much the last few days. I came and read this after I got your PM. I read all the prayer requests to Jon and he told me who all of them are. Yes, we are praying.
