Well, I went to a Lawyer today who specializes in WCB cases & he feels I may have a case for firstly, more money because I am in pain on a daily basis (that unfortunately is true) & secondly, for funds for retraining as I will probably have a limitation to how long I can stand, lift, or move around as freely as I used too before the injury to my ankle.
Alas, in dealing both with WCB, Lawyers, & the legal system in general can be a harrowing experience at best, prayers to guide & help me find a resolution in this matter would be appreciated.
I start filing for a release of "all" of my files as pertains to my injury tomorrow.
I then need a referral from my Doctor to an Ortho Surgeon for an opinion on the limitations & pain in my ankle.
